These terms say exactly what you are getting, what you pay, who owns what, and the honest limits while the self-serve product is not yet live. Nothing here claims more than is literally true today.
what you are agreeing to
Read this part first; it frames everything else. Being honest that this is early is a feature, not fine print.
Right now the service is a Grounded Support Pilot that the founder sets up by hand. The self-serve product is not live. When you start a pilot, you are working directly with a person, not signing up for an automated product that runs itself.
This site describes the work and lets you start a conversation. It does not, by itself, create an account or run an agent on your behalf. The actual pilot begins only after you and the founder agree by email to do it.
Any benchmark figures on this site are cited as industry references, not as our own results. We claim no customers, metrics, or certifications of our own. If a capability is described in the future tense elsewhere, it is a plan, not a present fact.
payment and refunds
There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no trap. The pricing is the same thing the offer page says.
what you pay
The Grounded Support Pilot is a single $49 charge, taken once before delivery. It is not a recurring plan and it does not auto-bill you later. Larger plans exist, but they are separate and you would have to choose them deliberately.
how refunds work
If the cited answers are not useful to you, you do not pay — or you get a full refund, no questions asked. You keep the answers we produced either way. We would rather refund you than keep money for work that did not help.
honest notePayment, if you choose the paid pilot, is handled by a standard payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details; the processor handles them. You can ask for a refund by simply emailing us.
who owns what
Ownership is simple and in your favor — that is intentional.
The help-center, docs, or exports you point us at remain entirely yours. We read only what you point us at, we publish nothing, and we do not reuse your content to train or serve anyone else. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
The cited answers, the resolution / abstention view, and the audit log we produce in your pilot are yours to keep and use, whether or not you continue with anything further. There is no lock-in.
The tools, code, and "The Agentic Corporation" name behind the work remain ours. Using the pilot does not transfer any of that to you, just as our reading your docs does not transfer those to us.
the honest limits
A few limits worth stating directly, so there are no surprises.
The first hire answers tier-1 questions with citations and hands off everything else. Autonomous actions — issuing refunds, changing accounts — are explicitly out of scope. You should not rely on it to take any action; that is by design.
This is delivered by hand and the broader platform is in active development. We do the work carefully and honestly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for every use. Where the law allows, the service is provided as-is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
You can walk away at any time; it is a one-time pilot, not a contract that ties you down. We may decline or end a pilot — for example if there are no docs to ground on, or the request is out of scope — and if we do before delivery, you are not charged.
