What this covers
These terms apply to the free trial of JEEZ, a service by Project Rose LLC, doing business as JEEZ / The Agentic Corporation. JEEZ is in development. Trials have not started, and nothing here describes a live, purchasable product.
The trial
When your trial begins, it runs for 30 days at no cost. We do not take a card to start it, and nothing on your account charges automatically at any point during the 30 days.
There is no automated self-serve checkout today. Where a paid plan is agreed after your trial, the terms of that arrangement — price, billing frequency, what is included — are set out in writing directly with you before anything is billed. We will not switch you to a paid plan silently.
Your approval
We refuse to publish anything you have not approved. During your trial, every product proposed for you sits in your dashboard until you approve or decline it. Nothing is listed, sold, or attributed to your business without that approval.
We publish no earnings figures, examples, or projections for your business or any other, and we make no promises about results.
Your data
What you submit — your email address, business name, and anything you approve or decline — is encrypted, never sold, and never used to train our models or anyone else's. See our privacy page for the full detail and our data request page to ask for a copy or deletion.
After the trial
Prices for continuing after your trial are published before your trial ends, in writing, with no surprise terms. If you do nothing, your trial simply ends — there is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
Changes to these terms
We are in development, and these terms will change as the product does. We will date every revision on this page and will not apply a change retroactively to a trial already in progress without telling you first.
